The Battleground- 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condos in a private setting off Route 17. Some have gas heat. Seasonal rates range from $7,000 to $9,500.

Castlerock- Located in the lower part of Sugarbush Village, these units are convenient to the slopes and offer 3 bedrooms (some with loft) to sleep 6- 8 comfortably. Rates range from $10,000. to $12,500.
